From the Oblate communications office in Zambia, the following is Bishop Duffy’s final tribute by  Bishop Evans Chinyama Chinyemba, OMI – Mongu Diocese, 8th September, 2011.

” ‘We will miss the voice of the poor and the friend of the needy’.  Buried next to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes, he will be watching over God’s people as they assemble to pray each day. A life lived in full service to humanity. With Mary as the mother in whom he trusted, the watching on the flock of Mongu diocese continues.” Bishop Chinyemba (full tribute below)
