NOVENA PRAYER FOR POOR SOULS
God our loving Father, your power brings us to birth. Your providence
guides our lives, and by your command we return to dust.
We pray for our dead loved one’s, especially for N....... May all
those who have been dear to me in life find a place with you in
heaven. We pray for all the souls yet in purgatory.
Lord, those who die still live in your presence, their lives changed,
but not ended. We pray in hope for our families, relatives and friends,
and for all the dead whose faith is known to you alone.
In company with Christ who died and resurrected may they
rejoice in your kingdom where all tears are wiped away.
Unite us together again as one family to sing
your praise:
Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and
riches, wisdom and strength, honor and glory and praise.
To the One seated on the throne, and to the Lamb, be
praise and honor, glory and might, forever and ever! (Rev.)
