Perpetual Mass enrollment is a healing Mass remembrance for Birthday - Graduation - Anniversary - Mother?s Day or Father?s Day - In Sickness or Bereavement.
Fill out the secure enrollment form with your name and the name of the person you wish enrolled and send it to us. The beautiful folder of spiritual benefits will be sent to you right away. You may give it to the person enrolled, or if the enrolled is deceased, forward it to the bereaved family.
