POSITION: OMSI IT Manager-Project Manager

Full-time, Exempt

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX and Belleville, IL

POSITION SUMMARY: The Missionary Oblates are looking for an IT Manager to manage projects, oversee day-to-day information technology issues resolutions, and assist with business operations. Under the direction of the Director of IT, is responsible for performing project management involving business applications and infrastructure systems. Responsible for determining business requirements, conducting process analysis, and assigning prioritization. In this role, you will work across all departments and business functions in support of IT applications, systems and infrastructure. The IT Manager is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and providing technical and functional support for all third party business applications utilized by the Oblate Missionary Society for personnel in both San Antonio, TX and Belleville, IL.

WORK HOURS: Regular Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., however your support may be needed outside these hours

EDUCATION/SKILLS: A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, required. Minimum 5 years previous work experience in various IT roles, required. Minimum 2 years project management experience, required. Proven project management skills, with successful completion of projects, required. Cloud experience with Office 365, Microsoft Azure, other hosted environments, preferred. Functional knowledge in cloud computing and mobile technologies, and a drive to continuously learn, required. Highly motivated team player with excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, required. Experience with agile development methodologies, a plus.
