Today we celebrate the Feast of St. Eugene de Mazenod, founder of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, who in his life showed care and concern for all, especially the poor and most abandoned.
St. Eugene heard God’s call experiencing a religious revelation on a Good Friday. Under the guidance of Mary Immaculate, his desire was to live and witness to the Gospel in the World, practicing charity and seeking salvation for souls.
As a member of our extended Mazenodian-Oblate Family, together with St. Eugene, you have taken up the call through your prayers and financial support that continues St. Eugene’s global legacy in practicing charity.
I hope on this special Oblate celebration you will be on fire with the charism and join with St. Eugene and be able to send a gift of $5 or more to continue our vital efforts that brings hope and healing to children, families and the elderly around the world during this uncertain time. Without your support, our Missionary Oblates will be unable to joyfully respond to the call to mission.
On this feast day, please be sure to send me your needs for prayer so that they can be remembered by my fellow Missionary Oblates around the world and at Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto & Tepeyac de San Antonio.
Thank you for your support.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your gift shortly.
